It is then that the escrow account is opened and your sale is processed. The sale takes less than 30 days and the final escrow papers for you to sign are available in approximately 90 days. Q. When are the payments made? A. The escrow fee is paid upon the opening of the escrow account and the sale fee is paid upon the final signing of the escrow sales papers.
